Everything worth carrying into the park — organized by category so nothing gets forgotten at 6am.

Sun & Weather

  • Sunscreen (SPF 50+)
    Reapply every 2 hours — kids especially.
  • Lip balm with SPF
  • Hats or visors
    One per kid. They'll thank you by noon.
  • Sunglasses
  • Ponchos
    Cheaper than $12 park ponchos. Amazon has 6-packs.
  • Small towel or bandana
    For wet ride splash-off.

Hydration & Snacks

  • Refillable water bottles
    Every quick-service spot offers free ice water.
  • Granola / protein bars
  • Fruit pouches or dried fruit
  • Salty snack (pretzels, chips)
  • Gum or mints

Tech & Power

  • Portable phone chargers (2+)
    You'll drain a battery by 2pm using the app.
  • Charging cables
    One per device type.
  • Earbuds or headphones
    For the stroller nap crowd.

Kid Comfort

  • Change of clothes per young kid
    Water rides + potty accidents happen.
  • Pull-ups / diapers + wipes
  • Pacifier or lovey
    Trust me. Bring backup.
  • Small stroller fan / clip-on fan
  • Blanket or muslin for shade

Clothing Extras

  • Extra socks
    Nothing worse than damp socks all day.
  • Light layer for evening
  • Matching family shirts (optional)

First Aid

  • Bandaids (lots — blisters are real)
  • Blister prevention (moleskin / body glide)
  • Kids' pain reliever
  • Antihistamine
  • Hand sanitizer & wipes
  • Any daily medications

Money & ID

  • Credit card + small cash
    Cash for tips and street performers.
  • ID (driver's license)
  • Magic Bands or park ticket cards
  • Insurance card (photo on phone is fine)

Magic Makers

  • Autograph book + fat Sharpie
    Characters can't grip skinny pens.
  • First Visit / Birthday button
    Free at Guest Services.
  • Glow toys from home
    Same toys are 5x the price in-park at 9pm.
  • Small trading pins (optional)
